Peach A La Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
    2 large peaches, peeled
    whipped dessert topping
    4 whole maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain oranges, reserving juice.
    Set oranges aside.
    Measure juice and add enough cold water to make 1 cup.
    Stir juice into gelatin. Chill until it starts to thicken.
