French Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 onions, carrots and potatoes
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 can or fresh mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 c. hot water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together in roaster or covered dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
    Will be browned and all thickened.
