Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    5 oz. Evaporated Milk
    1/3 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
    1/4 c. Catsup
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf and place in pan large enough to surround with 3 med. potatoes and 3 med. onions, both sliced 1/4 inch thick, and 3 carrots sliced 1/4 in. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. parsley, 1 tsp. salt, and a dash of pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hr. uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
