Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. pepper
1 (32 oz.) frozen Tater Tots
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables
Preparation

Combine beef, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper in a skillet; cook until beef is brown.
Drain.
Spoon into a 3-quart casserole dish.
Top with Tater Tots.
Combine remaining ingredients, blending well.
Spread over Tater Tots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until well browned.
