Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients. Top with crackers and melted butter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
