Pork Loin With Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
    Brush with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing.
    Garlic can be inserted in roast in 1/2 inch slits at 1 inch intervals on top of roast (5 cloves of garlic).
