Chipati(Makes 14) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    sprinkle of salt
    some flour
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Pour warm water into a mixing bowl.
    Add salt.
    Begin to add flour.
    Continue until dough sticks together and is hard.
    Add butter and knead dough until it is soft.
    Pinch off some dough and roll it out to 6 or 7-inch circle.
    Heat until very hot a frying pan.
    Cook each chipati until it is a bit brown.
    Stack on a plate.
    Then add some oil or butter to pan and cook each chipati again, frying both sides of chipati.
