Homemade Macaroni & Cheese - cooking recipe

12 oz. Elbow Macaroni (3/4 box)
2 Large Eggs
3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Milk
8 oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese (2 Cups)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Boil macaroni until tender not soggy (about 8 minutes), drain well and transfer to a large bowl. Mix macaroni with remaining ingredients reserving 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup cheese. Pour ingredients into baking dish, pour reserved milk over top and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake until top is golden brown about 25 minutes.
