Red, White And Blue Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (3 oz.)
    1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O (3 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
Preparation
    Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
    Pour in 3-quart glass bowl. Refrigerate until firm.
    Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; set aside.
    Over low heat, carefully dissolve sugar in whipping cream, stirring constantly, until mixture nearly boils. Remove from heat and add unflavored gelatin.
    Cool.
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour over first layer.
    Refrigerate until firm. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add the blueberries and juice.
    Pour over second layer. Refrigerate until firm.
