Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    cornmeal (enough to pour kind of medium)
    5 tsp. fried meat grease
Preparation
    Grease cornbread pan with the meat grease.
    Pour mixture into pan. Cook at 450\u00b0 until brown on bottom, then turn up to broil.
