Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies
    2 (8 oz.) c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 (8 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    seasoned salt to taste
    salsa
Preparation
    Split chilies; rinse and remove seeds.
    Dry on paper towels. Arrange chilies on bottom of 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish (or 9 x 9-inch pan).
    Top with cheeses.
    In bowl, beat eggs; add milk and biscuit mix.
    Blend well; pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
