Shrimp With Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 24 jumbo shrimp
    3/4 c. butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 shallots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Melt butter.
    Add garlic and shallots.
    Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, parsley and wine.
    Place shrimp on a broiler pan.
    Pour 1/2 garlic butter mixture over shrimp.
    Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
    Turn shrimp over, pour remaining butter mixture and broil 3 minutes.
    Allow shrimp to marinate 2 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
