Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
12 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 (12 count) pkg. sugar ice cream cones
1 (7 oz.) container refrigerated aerosol whipped cream
assorted candies for eyes, nose and mouth

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place 2 1/2-inch paper liners in 24 muffin cups.
Prepare, bake and cool cupcakes following package directions.
