Baked Chicken And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryers, cut up (3 lb.)
    2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 green onions, chopped
    2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, drain canned pineapple and serve fruit with meat
    1 tsp. ginger
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and skin chicken.
    Drain well on paper towels.
    Combine rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Rub into chicken pieces.
    Arrange chicken, meaty side up, in a baking dish. Sprinkle with onion pieces.
    Combine pineapple juice and ginger; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake uncovered 55 to 60 minutes or until tender.
