Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add vanilla.
Refrigerate overnight.
Let soften 1 hour.
Roll out with as little flour as possible.
Use cookie sheet, greased.
Top with Baker's cake or pastry filling of desired flavor.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
