Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla and blend well.
    Bake in three nine-inch pans (grease and flour each pan) at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
