Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    6 or 12 eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Blend in flour, salt and prepared mustard. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat; add grated cheese, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
    Stir in Tabasco.
    Divide sauce into 6 individual baking dishes.
    Break 1 or 2 eggs into each dish.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) until eggs are set, about 12 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
