Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

2 1/2 lb. chicken
2 lemons
pepper
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken thoroughly and rub with pepper.
Puncture 2 lemons 20 times each and place inside chicken.
Skewer and tie legs loosely.
Place breast side down in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Turn breast side up and cook for another 20 minutes. Raise temperature to 400\u00b0 and cook for another 20 minutes.
