Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion and bell peppers.
    Add seasonings.
    Add cooked rice (I use Minute rice).
    Add tomatoes.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
