Quick Taco Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 c. cubed Monterey Jack Cheese

Preparation

Brown beef in deep skillet, drain fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Serve over Taco corn chips.
