Uncooked Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cabbage
    4 red peppers
    12 medium onions
    allspice to taste
    6 c. sugar
    1 gal. tomatoes
    8 large carrots
    4 green peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    3 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind
    all
    ingredients
    in food grinder. Add salt; let stand 2 hours. Drain through cloth sack; put in large container.
    Add
    3 pints vinegar, sugar and allspice.
    Fill jars. Do not cook. Refrigerate.
