Ingredients

1 c. fresh orange sections
1/4 c. orange juice
4 c. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped unpeeled apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients
in
a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce
heat and simmer 5 minutes or until berries begin to burst.
Chill until serving time.
Yields 5 1/2 cups.
