Crab Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 large potatoes, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab substitute
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add celery and onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in flour, thyme and pepper. Gradually add milk.
Stir constantly.
Add potatoes.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add crab substitute.
Heat 5 minutes more.
