Unstuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 medium head green cabbage, quartered, cored and cut in strips
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook beef and onions in 4 quart Dutch oven until lightly browned.
    Drain. Stir in cabbage.
    Cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes until cabbage wilts.
