Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Peel potatoes, slice thin.
Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with half the sauce, seasoning and onion.
Add remaining potatoes, seasonings and onion; then remaining sauce and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
