Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of chicken soup. Put a layer of chips on bottom of casserole dish. Put half of meat mixture on top, then half of grated cheese. Put another layer of chips and rest of meat mixture. Top with rest of cheese and put in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
