Company Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
8 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
2 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
12 slices bread, crusts trimmed
butter
Preparation
-
Butter bread on both sides.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Line bottom and sides with slices of bread.
Use 1/2 slices for the sides.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the bread. Pour eggs and milk over slices of bread.
Top with crumbled meat.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
