Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small bunch shallots, minced with tops
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 c. moistened French bread
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 to 2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic in butter.
    Add moistened bread, crab meat, parsley and egg.
    Add seasonings. Fill aluminum crab shells.
    Sprinkle tops with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, approximately 15 minutes.
