No Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate or 5 Tbsp. cocoa plus 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. 2% cottage cheese
    3 egg whites or 2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chocolate chips or walnuts (optional)
    powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
    Process all, except powdered sugar for dusting and chocolate chips or walnuts, until smooth.
    Mix in chocolate chips or walnuts. Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake 22 minutes (20 to 25 minutes) or until just set at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
