Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. bread, cubed
2 c. milk, scalded with 1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Place bread in 9-inch baking dish.
Pour in milk and butter mixture.
Blend eggs, sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
Mix with bread in baking dish.
Place dish in a pan with 1-inch of hot water; bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
