Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening or oil

Preparation

Mix together sugar, flour and salt.
In a saucepan, combine water, shortening,
margarine and cocoa.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over flour mixture.
Stir well.
Beat eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla together; add to flour mixture.
Stir well.
Bake in a greased and floured deep cookie sheet, 11 x 15-inches, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
