Beef Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place heaping tablespoonful mixture on 5-inch wide piece of foil, shaping with wet hands.
    Roll about 3 times and twist ends.
    Boil for 15 minutes.
