Nick'S Veal And Peppers Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. veal cutlets
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
    16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Pound meat to 1/8-inch thick. Coat veal lightly with flour mixture.
    In large skillet, brown meat slowly in hot oil.
    Add onions and peppers; cook until tender, but not brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer until veal is tender, 20 to 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
