Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine ingredients and cook to hard ball stage.
Pour onto oiled platter.
When cool enough to handle, pull until light colored and porous.
Stretch taffy into a rope and cut off in 1-inch pieces with scissors.
