Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium red apples
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. crushed honey roasted peanuts
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (save juice).
    Mix together pineapple and marshmallows.
    Refrigerate.
    In saucepan, mix sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar and flour.
    Cook until thickened.
    Cool.
    Pour into pineapple and marshmallow mixture and mix.
    Refrigerate. Chop peanuts and apples (unpeeled).
    Mix together and add to pineapple mixture.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
