Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cauliflower
    2 pkg. Zesty Italian dressing
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Break cauliflower up into bite size pieces.
    Sprinkle the Zesty Italian dressing on it and pour peas over it.
    Next, sprinkle the Cheddar cheese on.
    Put enough Hellmann's (approximately 3/4 of a gallon jug) over top to cover. Let set overnight.
    Next day, stir and mix.
