Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain and add salt and pepper.
Spread in casserole dish or long cake pan.
Spread pizza sauce over meat and sprinkle cheese over sauce. Combine Bisquick with milk and eggs and pour over casserole (mixture will be thin).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until brown.
