Minnesota Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin and egg.
    Beat until smooth.
    In another bowl, combine flour, powder, soda and spices.
    To plump raisins, boil 1/3 cup water and raisins and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Mix wet and dry ingredients together, folding in raisins and any remaining soaking water and nuts.
    Bake in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
