Marinades(Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 c. tarragon
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Marinating times (in refrigerator):
    fish or shrimp 20 to 30 minutes, chicken 30 minutes to 2 hours, beef or pork strips 30 minutes to 2 hours, steaks 30 minutes to 2 hours, cubes 1 hour to 24 hours, chops 30 minutes to 2 hours, roast 12 hours to 24 hours and ribs 12 hours to 24 hours.
