Congratulations Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    7 egg yolks
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Sift into the first bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Make a well and add oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla and lemon rind.
    Mix well.
    In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
    Pour yolk mix slowly over whites, blending carefully with a spatula.
    Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake 55 minutes.
    Increase to 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Cool over bottle upside down.
