Orange Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and orange rind.
    Beat in eggs.
    Mix raisins with 1/4 cup dry ingredients.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, alternately with buttermilk.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
