Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. water
cleaned chicken pieces
Preparation

Put rice in bottom of oblong baking dish.
Place washed chicken pieces on top of rice; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cream of chicken soup and then cream of mushroom soup over chicken (in that order) and add water.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Add extra water if needed.
