Creamy Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10-1/2 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. uncooked quick-cooking grits, see note below
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken broth and whipping cream in large sauce pan; bring to a boil.
    Stir in grits, and return in cheese.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Yield: 5 3/4 cups.
