Ten-Minute Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into a round oval loaf. Place in a microwave-safe dish.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 10 minutes, turning dish after 5 minutes of cooking.
    Drain; cover with foil.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    Test for doneness.
