Acorn Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked acorn squash (will need a 2 lb. squash)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Split squash in half; scoop out seeds and fibers (discard). Place squash in small pan, cut side up; add water to bottom of pan.
    Cover with foil; bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Remove squash from its shell; combine all ingredients, mixing with electric mixer. Put in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until set.
