Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

18 oz. hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish.
Thaw hash browns.
Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish, 9 x 13-inches. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
