Citrus Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) jar fresh grapefruit sections, drained
    3 oranges, segmented
    6 preserved kumquats, split to resemble flower petals
    strips of green candied pineapple
    frozen tangerine juice concentrate
Preparation
    Arrange first 2 fruits in individual serving dishes, alternating grapefruit and orange segments.
    Top each with a kumquat and strips of candied pineapple.
