Walnut-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and orange juice.
    Beat well.
    Add 1/3 cup of flour mixture. Beat until smooth.
    Mix in remaining flour mixture and the pineapple.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Yields 1 loaf.
