Roasted Potatoes With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, cleaned and quartered
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced or some garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange raw potatoes. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Toss to coat.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until brown and tender.
