Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion (thinly sliced)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 t. dry mustard
    2 t. worcestershire sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 med. carrots, sliced
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    3 c. milk
    3 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 t. pepper
    1/2 sliced sausage
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until soft.
    Stir in flour, mustard, and worcestershire cook until veggies are evenly coated and mixture is bubbly.
    Stir in broth, carrots, potatoes, until veggies are tender. Add milk, don't boil stir-in cheese.
    Add pepper, salt, and sausage.
